Returns

• Buyer must contact us within 7 days, from when the item is received.

• To Process a return, please contact us by email with your Information and Order number.  

• The item must be returned in the original condition. 

Return Conditions

• Please note, all items are eligible for returns, Earrings are Excluded. We cannot accept returns on earrings for hygienic reasons.

Return Shipping

• The buyer pays for Return shipping. We recommend sending items back with a tracking number.

• Company is not responsible for lost returns during shipping.  Refunds can only be reimbursed if we received the item.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed and refunded after 1-7 business days back to the original payment method.
